Eligibility for Refund:
- Damaged Products: We accept returns for products that have been damaged during shipping or delivery.
- Not as Described: If the product received does not match the description on our product page, you are eligible for a refund.
- Short/Low Quantity Shipment: In the event of receiving a shipment with a shortage or low quantity, please notify us promptly. We may ask for a short period to fulfill the remaining quantity.
Refund Claim Period:
Refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery to ensure eligibility
Refund Process
Once your refund claim is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The product amount will be refunded within 7 business days
Non-Refundable Items:
Opened and Used Products: We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened and used.
Intentionally Damaged Products: Refunds will not be issued for products that have been intentionally damaged.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days of product receipt will not be processed
